All mattresses are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact box. Shipping is free within the continental US, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Does the mattress require a specific type of bed frame?
Our premium mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes box springs, slatted frames, platform beds, or even adjustable bases.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Buy Premium Mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, such as sagging greater than 1.5 inches.
How do I clean my mattress?
We recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to prevent stains. For spot cleaning, use a mild detergent and cool water, ensuring the area is completely air-dried before putting on linens.
